FIGC awarded Juventus with a 15-point penalty after the latest ruling on Friday due to capital gains violations regarding 62 transfers.
Initially, it seemed that the Italian team would receive a 9-point penalty. However, the latest update has revealed that the points that will be deducted from Juventus will actually be 15.
The “Bianconeri” are currently third in Serie A, with 37 points. However, after this harsh penalty, Juve is set to drop to 11th place, level on points with Empoli and Bologna.
Juventus, however, now has the possibility to appeal the latest decision within 30 days.
