Felipe Drugovich revealed that he aims to compete in any championship at a higher level than Formula 2 next year.
Drugovich won the F2 title this season. The Brazilian driver won 5 races, took 4 pole positions, and had 11 podium finishes. Later on, it was confirmed that Drugovich had joined Aston Martin’s driver development program.
Drugovich’s racing plans for 2023 are currently unknown as he is not permitted to compete in F2. The 22-year-old stated that he is open to competing in any championship with a level higher than F2’s.
“I’m just hoping I can race something professionally. Also, something that doesn’t really clash so much with Formula 1. So it has to be a program that doesn’t take so many days from my year,” he said.
“Anything over Formula 2, I’ll be looking at. So it could be Hypercar or Super Formula or anything. I just don’t know yet what it is.”
