Despite his frustration during qualifying, Max Verstappen is happy with the performance of his RB18 car.
The Dutch driver qualified P10 for tomorrow’s race after suffering power issues in Q3. However, he said he is happy with the “great turnaround” the team made possible coming into Hungary.
“I don’t think it’s a big problem, but it was something we couldn’t solve on the track,” he told Sky Sports.
“It’s very unfortunate because the turnaround yesterday was great. Also from the girls and the boys in the factory. There was a lot of analysis to understand what didn’t work so well yesterday and that’s a positive for today.
“The car was much better today, at a track that doesn’t really suit us,” he admitted.
