Charles Leclerc has said his Sprint race at the Austrian Grand Prix was “tricky.”
The Ferrari driver finished the race in second place after failing to catch up to winner Max Verstappen. His teammate Carlos Sainz was behind him.
“It was tricky,” Leclerc said. “We were pushing, but at the beginning, we tried to save the tires.
“I then had a small fight with Carlos [Sainz]. At the end I could only start pushing and got a bit closer, but it was very close between us.
“But tomorrow is the race and, hopefully, we can have as good a start as today and put more pressure on Max [Verstappen].”
