Lewis Hamilton has hinted that does not have the intention to remove some of his jewelry during the FIA’s exemption.

Hamilton expressed his disagreement with the FIA’s decision to prohibit the drivers from wearing jewelry while racing. Mercedes did not confirm the Briton would follow the rules at the Miami GP at first, but later on the matter was settled. Hamilton was given an exemption by the Monaco GP in order to remove piercings.

However, it looks like Hamilton is not going to remove the jewelry.

“I get an exemption here [and] I’ll get one for the rest of the year,” he said.

“Wedding rings are allowed. I’ll wear four watches next time.”
