Miami GP officials had to repair several sections of the Miami International Autodrome ahead before the start of the race weekend.

Though the racing action has not begun at the newly-built race track in Miami, it already required repairment. The track surface in turns 7 and 17 caused concern on Thursday evening and had to be fixed.

The issues were fixed by Friday morning, so the circuit is now eligible for racing.
