AlphaTauri driver Pierre Gasly says the team still got work to do after the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

The French driver finished P8 in a race his teammate Yuki Tsunoda was not able to participate in. Though he was satisfied, Gasly admits they still got improvements to work for.

“Eventful race for us, quite a few battles,” he said. “We got a bit unlucky with the Safety Car, I think we lost like 5-6 positions there, from P14 we managed to get back to P8, so it’s been a good day.

“It’s been close with the Alpine and Lando, so we were in the mix, we got to find a bit more performance in some areas, we know what to improve so every weekend we have to slowly make our way forward.”
