The FIA have announced that Red Bull Racing broke a curfew ahead of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

The teams are not allowed to work with the cars in certain periods of time during a race weekend, however the rules imply that the curfew can be broken eight times during the season. Red Bull used an opportunity ahead of the race weekend in Jeddah.

“Last Wednesday, team personnel of the Oracle Red Bull Racing team, who are associated with the operation of the car, were within the confines of the circuit during the 13-hour period which commenced at 23:00 on 23 March, 42 hours before the scheduled start time of P1 and ends 29 hours before the scheduled start time of P1 at 12:00 on 24 March,” the statement from the F1 technical delegate Jo Bauer read.
