Gene Haas is reportedly likely to increase his investment into his F1 team after Uralkali’s departure from the sport.

The American team is once again struggling as it lost its main sponsor after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, kicking Nikita Mazepin as a result and bringing Kevin Magnussen back to the sport.

Racer Magazine reports that Haas is likely to increase his F1 team’s funding after such events, as well as possible partners who would step up to fill in for the Russian company’s departure.

However, it is understood that such a measure would be for a short time, as the Americans look for other revenue streams.
