Red Bull Racing and Aston Martin have agreed on the terms of Dan Fallows’ move to the Silverstone-based outfit.
It was announced that Red Bull’s former head of aerodynamics would become Aston Martin’s new technical director last year. However, Red Bull were not going to let Fallows go until the contract would expire in 2023.
The teams went to the British court to end the dispute, but eventually released a statement that confirmed Fallows would join Aston Martin this April.
“We are pleased to have reached an agreement with Red Bull which releases Dan early from his contract and are looking forward to him joining the team,” the Aston Martin Group CEO Martin Whitmarsh commented.
“We would like to thank Dan for his many years of excellent service and wish him well for the future,” the Red Bull team principal Christian Horner added.
