F1 will race at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya for the Spanish GP until 2026, as decided by a new agreement between F1 and the venue.

  • The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has been the location for the Spanish GP every year since its inaugural running in 1991.
  • The track is also a favourable venue for pre-season testing for F1 cars in the past. It will likely host some of these sessions along with Bahrain again in 2022.
  • F1 struck a new deal with the track that will allow the series to continue racing there up until 2026.
