Valtteri Bottas reflected on a “very difficult” Mexico City Grand Prix in which he got crashed in the opening lap of the race.
- Bottas started on the top spot but got spun through the first corner, losing many places.
- The Finnish driver then failed to maximize his opportunities and finished the race way behind the top.
What he said:
- “Max [Verstappen] did a great job at the first corner. After that, I hoped that there would be more opportunities to pass, but then I got a blow from behind. That made my race very difficult.”
