Misano will host Emilia Romagna GP

MotoGP has revealed the latest changes to the 2021 calendar.

Why it matters: Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli will host two events this year – San Marino GP and Emilia Romagna GP.


  • The calendar now consists of 18 races and no more events are set to be added.
  • The Argentine GP will not take place this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
  • 2022 testing dates have also been confirmed – the first session will take place at Jerez on November 18th-19th 2021 and shakedown test will be at Sepang on January 31st 2022.
