Alfa Romeo driver Kimi Raikkonen tested positive for COVID-19 and will therefore miss both Dutch GP qualifying and race sessions.

Raikkonen already announced his retirement earlier this week and will be deprived of one of his career’s last Grand Prix after he was tested positive for COVID-19. Reserve driver Robert Kubica was already selected to replace the Finn for driving duties this weekend.

Kubica is not new to the Alfa Romeo C41 car as he has already experienced it in Austria earlier this year, jumping in Raikkonen’s single-seater to drive in the first practice session of the Styrian Grand Prix weekend.
