The top finishers of the Hungarian Grand Prix have been summoned by the stewards for failing to follow the pre-race procedures released in the Race Director notes.

The pre-race procedures included instructions regarding the awareness of the values of the “WeRaceAsOne” campaign. Drivers are required to remove their t-shirts during the national anthem and only wear their race suits. However, Sebastian Vettel did not follow this rule and was therefore summoned by the stewards. The reason why the other drivers were called remains unclear.

“They can disqualify me,” Vettel said regarding the situation. “They can do what they want. I’d do it again.”
