Toto Wolff believes that the start of Sunday’s Hungarian GP race will be entertaining and thrilling.
The start of the latest F1 race has been extremely dramatic and set the tone for the next couple of weeks. Everyone is waiting to see how things will go on Sunday at Hungaroring. So does the Mercedes team principal Wolff.
“Let’s see what happens tomorrow. I think it’s going to be an exciting start,” he told Sky Sports F1.
“Maybe Gasly leads after turn 1, and all four cars are somewhere out. No, just joking but not! But it will be an exciting turn 1 and for sure on the strategy, we will see some interesting maneuvers.”
At the same time, Wolff reveals that he is not going to give any instructions to Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas, who are starting the race from the front row.
“If I start teaching my drivers about how to approach turn 1, then it has actually completely gone off the rails,” he commented.
