Kyle Larson admits feeling the best he has ever been in the Cup Series as well as hopes that the team can keep the momentum.

The recent form of the no.5 car driver Larson is incredibly strong – he has had five consecutive top 2 finishes, including two wins at Charlotte and Sonoma, where he has swept all stages. After the triumph in the home state, he reveals that it is the best stretch that he has had in the Cup Series.

“Everything is going better than it has for me in the Cup Series,” he told ASN Motorsports. “It’s just been a lot of fun.”

At the same time, Larson hopes to keep having impressive results in such a competitive environment.

“I just hope we can keep it going. I think it’s great to be on a hot streak, but this series is so tough that you could easily get knocked back and be struggling and don’t know why you are. We just got to continue to work hard,” he commented.

In the end, the Elk Grove native is thankful to his crew as they have been a significant part of the success.

“Pit crew has been doing a great job. Cliff [Daniels], everybody at the shop, on all the cars, have been doing great. I feel like I’m putting in a lot of work on my end and results are showing. We got to keep working hard to stay this good,” he concluded.
