The new documentary series will follow Bubba Wallace’s journey during his first season with the new 23XI Racing Team, which is owned by Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin.

Neither Netflix nor Wallace have announced the name or release date of the series but said it will take its viewers behind the scenes of Bubba’s efforts to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion not only in NASCAR but also in the United States.

“You know me… I like to keep things real and raw. Pumped to have Netflix to capture these moments to share with you guys,” said Wallace on Twitter regarding the announcement.

Erik Parker will be the director of the news series, with production companies 300 Studios and Broadwalk Pictures working on it as well.
