Aston Martin satisfied with progress made after talks with FIA

Aston Martin Racing team principal Otmar Szafnauer admits that some progress has been made in the talks with the FIA on the 2021 aero regulations.

The FIA has introduced new aerodynamic regulations in the 2021 F1 season, which reduced the amount of downforce due to smaller floors. The teams with the low-rake teams, including Aston Martin. Aston Martin Racing is currently 5th in the constructors’ standings with 5 points scored in Bahrain and Emilia Romagna.
