Xfinity race postponed to Sunday

Rain was the only winner Friday night in Martinsville, as it delayed and ultimately postponed the Xfinity race to Sunday at noon.

Friday night Xfinity’s race was already delayed by rain, but eventually, the green flag dropped about half an hour later than originally planned. Stage 1 was completed with Noah Gragson winning the stage.

Stage 2 was relatively short before the rain came in, but was arguably the most dramatic with Josh Berry and Brandon Jones exchanging the lead multiple times in the only tens of laps that were run.

NASCAR will have an inverse in scheduling with the Cup Series racing on Saturday night, and the Xfinity Series racing on Sunday afternoon.
