Team Penske’s owner Roger Penske thinks that Brad Keselowski will return to the outfit next year.

Like in 2020, Brad Keselowski is going to be of the biggest free agents this season as his one-year contract with Team Penske expires after this season. The team owner Roger Penske is optimistic about the chances of renewing the no.2 car driver and that the contract will be signed.

“With COVID we haven’t been able to get together, but we’ve had conversations with Brad before.  I think we’re moving in the right direction”, Penske tells Jayski.com.

“There’s no reason we wouldn’t renew for sure. I guess it’s just a matter of us sitting down and putting it together, but with everybody not being able to move around you don’t do that over the phone and you don’t do it by Zoom, so we want to do that face-to-face with all of them”, he adds.

In the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season, Brad Keselowski has 3 top 5s: 5th at the Daytona road course, 2nd at Las Vegas, 4th at Phoenix.
