Kyle Larson, William Byron, and Cody Ware will have to start the upcoming NASCAR Cup Series race at Phoenix from the rear of the field.
The starting grid of Sunday’s Cup Series race at Phoenix Raceway has been shaken up. It has been revealed that Kyle Larson, William Byron, and Cody Ware will all start the race from the back of the grid. The reason for this is the fact that the no.5, no.24, and no.51 cars have failed the pre-race inspection twice.
The Las Vegas race winner Kyle Larson has been set to start 2nd, the Homestead-Miami victor William Byron should have started 10th, while Cody Ware has had to start 31st.
