The two teams are rumored to get the COVID-19 vaccines during their time in Bahrain this March.

The COVID-19 vaccination is getting very close to the world of Formula 1. Bahrain Grand Prix officials have offered the teams to get the vaccines during the pre-season testing and race weekend itself. The offer has been declined by F1, but it seems like some of the teams will use this opportunity. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Ferrari and Mercedes have offered their staff to get the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

There are not so many details as of now about who will be vaccinated and when. However, it is stated that Carlos Sainz will probably be vaccinated, while Charles Leclerc might not do it because of contracting the coronavirus lately. The information about Mercedes drivers is yet to be revealed.
