Sunday’s Xfinity Series race winner at Homestead-Miami Speedway is sure that his last pit stop has been perfect in the main aspects.

The final laps were quite intense in the Xfinity Series race at Homestead. After the leader Noah Gragson collided with David Starr and forced an overtime, all the drivers went to the pit road, so a quick stop was crucial. Myatt Snider won the race at the pit road and got a great track position ahead of the restart. As a result, he went on to win his first Xfinity Series race after the second overtime. The no.2 Richard Childress Racing driver spoke about that final pit stop.

“I’m just proud to have an RCR pit crew. I think that was one of my best stops tonight, because I kind of did all the fundamentals, as you will. I got in the box good, I got the tires in the good position for the pit crew guys to start putting the lug nuts on, so it was just a perfect storm for them to get us out in the lead”, Snider said.

“I got everything ready and they gave me a great stop, so it’s just what teamwork is all about. Once I knew we that were out to the lead, I knew that we had a really good chance [to win]”, he added.
