The Daytona road course winner will participate in 14 more races throughout 2021.
Ty Gibbs made a name for himself last weekend, when he won the Xfinity Series race at the Daytona road course in his first start in the championship, becoming the sixth driver to do so and the first to reach this accomplishment before making a Cup Series start. It will not be his only start in the Xfinity Series this season as the remainder of his schedule has been announced.
The 18-year-old driver from Charlotte, NC will compete in 14 races. These will be at Phoenix, Martinsville, Darlington, Dover, Charlotte, Mid Ohio, Pocono, Road America, Watkins Glen, Indianapolis road course, Michigan, Richmond, Charlotte Roval, and Kansas. Like last Saturday, he will drive the no.54 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Supra car.
